This is one of Tim's songs from the late 1980's / early 1990's. He doesn't remember for sure, but lucky for us all that he made a cassette tape at the time. Another of a collection of incredible country ballads from that time. As far as describing the song and this recording, don't think there's anything that can be said that is more poignant and revealing than the song itself.
